Project Manager – Construction/Architecture / Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Architecture / Engineering to lead and manage multidisciplinary projects within our architecture and engineering portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from planning and design through construction coordination and project closeout.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulatory and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage architecture and engineering construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams including architects, engineers, consultants, and technical staff.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with scope, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support permitting processes and regulatory coordination when required.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports for leadership and clients.
• Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing architecture or engineering projects within the AEC industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling, budgeting, and design coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license preferred.
• Experience managing infrastructure, utilities, or public-sector projects.
• Familiarity with permitting and regulatory requirements in Puerto Rico.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction teams.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,852.00 per year
