Project Manager Consultant

About the role

Lead and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, managing multiple simultaneous project sites efficiently. Manage contract administration, evaluate and process variation orders / change orders, and handle comprehensive government documentation. Monitor project billings, track accomplishment milestones, and tightly supervise procurement and delivery schedules. Ensure seamless civil, mechanical, and electrical (CME) coordination across all phases of the project. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all facility infrastructure and electromechanical systems. Conduct punch-list inspections and manage the structural project closeout process to ensure full handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract administration, evaluate and process variation orders / change orders, and handle comprehensive government documentation
• Monitor project billings, track accomplishment milestones, and tightly supervise procurement and delivery schedules
• Ensure seamless civil, mechanical, and electrical (CME) coordination across all phases of the project
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all facility infrastructure and electromechanical systems
• Conduct punch-list inspections and manage the structural project closeout process to ensure full handover
• Act as a leader capable of challenging contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams when schedules slip to keep project timelines intact

About you

• Registered / Licensed Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Electrical Engineer
• At least 10 to 15+ years of extensive project-management experience in the engineering field
• Proven experience working on government infrastructure projects and navigating government protocols
• Solid background working with industrial plants, rice/feed mills, food-processing facilities, warehouses, or large-scale electromechanical projects
• High proficiency and strong hands-on capability in utilizing Primavera P6 or MS Project for scheduling and critical path monitoring
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI (preferred)
• Advanced certifications in Primavera P6 or specialized construction management frameworks (preferred)
