Project Manager Cooling System

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Cooling Systems to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects within the Data Science Cooling System. · Partner with Sales and Applications Engineering on high-probability prefabricated/modular opportunities to assess scope feasibility, schedule risk, and resource needs before commitments are made.

• Support proposal development and pre-award customer meetings; identify and escalate commercial risks or scope gaps before contract execution.

Customer & Communication Leadership

• Serve as the customer's single point of contact (SPOC) from high-probability opportunity / Job Kickoff through customer acceptance and closeout on complex, high-value, or multi-phase modular programs.

• Execute all communication using standard PMO tools: weekly status updates, milestone notices, schedule reports, risk and issue summaries, and decision documentation.

• Lead the post-PO RFI and Submittal processes, driving accuracy, traceability, and timely closure through clear two-way communication per the communication plan.

• Represent Gradian in customer-facing technical meetings, design reviews, and program reviews.

Project Execution & Control

• Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, change control, and quality across the full lifecycle for a concurrent portfolio of complex, high-value ETO modular projects (typical duration: 2–12 months).

• Develop and maintain detailed multi-month project schedules; coordinate cross-functional teams including Applications Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance (QA), and Logistics — with particular attention to off-site fabrication scheduling, multi-trade equipment integration (mechanical, electrical, controls), and modular shipping logistics.

• Maintain all PMO digital artifacts in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, including the Decisions Log, RFI Register, Submittal Register, Risk and Issue Log, and version-controlled drawings, specifications, and approvals.

• Lead internal and external gate reviews and milestone events.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
