Job Title: Project Manager (Corporate Event & Training)

Experience Level: Senior/Management-level (8+ years of total experience, 3+ years of direct project management experience in Event Organizing or Training industries, 2+ years of leader experience)

Type: Full-time / On-site

Location: The PARQ (MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre)

What You’ll Do:

• Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and manage a team of Project Coordinators, ensuring they grow professionally and perform at their best.
• Project Governance: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of well-being, team building, and engagement projects, ensuring high standards from briefing to execution.
• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in internal workflows, project management tools, and service delivery standards.
• Resource Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and team capacity to ensure smooth execution of multiple concurrent projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to design and implement tailored, high-impact programs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a direct project management or similar role in Event Organizing or Training industries.
• Leadership: Proven experience in people management (leading and developing a team) for at least 2 years.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think systemically and solve complex problems under pressure.
• Language: Confident in professional English and Thai communication (both written and verbal).
• Plus: Experience working with HR or B2B corporate clients is a strong advantage.
