The Bloom US project represents Beukay Group's strategic focus on the US market, partnering with US-based beauty

brands to deliver high-quality cosmetic products that meet international standards and market expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Project Management

• Manage cosmetic product development projects from initial briefing through mass production and launch.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding timelines, development status, risks, and deliverables.

• Lead project kick-off meetings and maintain clear project timelines, action lists, and milestone tracking.

• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams including R&D, packaging development,

procurement, regulatory, development, testing, stability, compatibility, and formula approvals.

• Coordinate packaging development timelines including component sourcing, tooling, decoration, line trials, and

validation.

• Align with sourcing and supply chain teams on material availability, lead times, MOQ, and delivery schedules.

• Partner with quality and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with market requirements and customer standards.

• Coordinate factory readiness, pilot runs, line trials, and production scheduling.

2. Timeline & Documentation Management

• Maintain accurate project timelines, critical paths, and project trackers.

• Ensure proper documentation control including BOMs, specifications, artworks, testing reports, and approval

records.

• Track open issues and ensure timely follow-up with responsible teams.

• Prepare regular project status updates and reports for both clients and internal leadership.

3. Commercial & Strategic Support

• Support business development teams during customer meetings, presentations, and project discussions.

• Understand customer priorities, market trends, and launch expectations within the beauty industry.

• Assist in managing project costs, timelines, and operational feasibility during development stages.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and cross-functional

collaboration.

Qualifications

1. Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetology, Business Administration, or a related

field.

• 5+ years of project management experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry, with a proven track

record of managing product development projects from concept to launch.

• Experience working with US market clients or managing US-bound cosmetic product development is strongly

preferred.

• Familiarity with cosmetic formulation, packaging development, manufacturing processes, and regulatory

requirements (FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, etc.).

2. Core Competencies

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight

deadlines.

• Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills, with the ability to align R&D, packaging,

procurement, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams.

• High attention to detail and strong documentation control capabilities, including BOM management, specification

control, and approval workflow management.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance project costs, timelines, and quality requirements.

3. Skills & Attributes

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira) and MS Office Suite (Excel,

PowerPoint, Word).

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) — ability to communicate effectively with US-based clients and

international teams is essential.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing client expectations and internal

resources.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
