Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives are met while building strong client relationships and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, contracts, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee project schedules, quality, safety, risk, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Manage change orders, owner billings, and client communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex construction projects.
• Strong financial management, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management applications.
