Project Manager - Cyber Security (West)

Brief Summary:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead cybersecurity projects focusing on IT risk management, governance, and compliance. Bring your expertise to deliver impactful results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure, including VAPT, Asset Discovery, Risk Assessment, and GRC.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare and present project status updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders and management.
• Conduct IT risk assessment projects, including risk identification and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to evaluate controls and highlight potential gaps.
• Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or a Cybersecurity-related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in IT risk, governance, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of IT risk assessment methodologies and risk treatment processes.
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST, is advantageous.
• Proficient in project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security concepts.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create impactful presentation materials.
