Project Manager - Data Center / Construction （KL/JB)

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

• Manage the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction and data center projects.
  负责建筑工程及数据中心项目的整体规划、执行、监督及交付工作。
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  协调客户、顾问、承包商、分包商及内部团队，确保项目顺利推进。
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  制定并监督项目进度计划、预算及资源分配方案。
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety requirements, and project specifications.
  确保项目符合当地法规、安全要求及项目规范。
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
  跟踪项目进展，并定期向管理层及相关方汇报项目情况。
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
  识别项目风险并制定相应的风险控制措施。
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among all parties involved.
  主持项目会议，保持各相关方之间的有效沟通。
• Review and approve project documentation, method statements, and work procedures.
  审核并批准项目文件、施工方案及作业流程。
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  确保项目全过程符合质量管理标准。
• Manage project variations, claims, and contract administration matters.
  负责项目变更管理、索赔及合同管理工作。
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
  协助项目测试、调试及竣工移交工作。

Requirements / 任职要求

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  土木工程、建筑管理、机械工程、电气工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction projects.
  具备至少5年以上建筑工程项目管理经验。
• Candidates with Data Center project experience will be highly preferred.
  具有数据中心项目经验者优先考虑。
• Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects will also be considered.
  具备商业建筑、工业厂房、基础设施或大型建筑项目经验者亦可考虑。
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and contract management.
  熟悉建筑施工流程、项目规划及合同管理。
• Familiarity with local authority requirements, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  熟悉当地政府部门要求、安全法规及行业标准。
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  具备良好的领导能力、问题解决能力及决策能力。
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
  能够协调多方利益相关者并在紧迫工期下工作。
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other project management software.
  熟练使用 Microsoft Office、Microsoft Project、Primavera P6 或其他项目管理软件。
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
  具备良好的中英文书写及沟通能力。
