Key requirements:

• Strong domain expertise in MV/LV Electrical Distribution
• Experience in end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and SAP

Preferred certifications:

• PMP Project Management Professional
• CDCP Certified Data Centre Professional

Detail Job Description:

• Support the Tender Manager during the bidding stage by providing input related to project management costs and other relevant considerations.
• Assist in contract evaluation alongside the Tender Manager and other stakeholders.
• Take over the project from the Tender Manager, ensuring all clarifications are understood.
• Re-evaluate the scope, time, cost, and risk, and prepare the R1 Estimation. In the event of a negative margin variation, obtain revised management approval per the Delegation of Authority (DOA).
• Prepare the Project Charter, highlighting key elements such as scope, timeline, budget, project organization, communication protocol, procurement plan, risks, and stakeholders, and obtain management approval to proceed.
• Arrange an internal Kick-Off Meeting with all stakeholders to brief them about the project and distribute responsibilities, creating a RACI matrix.
• Attend the customer Kick-Off Meeting to inform them about the project management process, organization, communication protocol, project schedule, list of deliverables, and to clarify necessary design inputs and scope if needed.
• Based on input from all internal and external stakeholders, prepare the Detailed Project Management Plan and Project Report, which includes the following:

1. Detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) of the project based on the revised understanding of the scope.
2. L3 schedule of the project, with continuous monitoring throughout.
3. Finalized R1 Estimation and prepared Budget Development Report (BDR) for ongoing monitoring.
4. Supply and Field Quality plan submitted to the customer for approval.
5. Prepared project Environment, Health, and Safety(EHS) Plan and submitted to the customer for approval.
6. Detailed manpower planning, continuously monitored throughout the project.
7. Finalized the communication protocol.
8. Detailed list of engineering deliverables, with ongoing monitoring.
9. Detailed procurement plan and schedule continuously monitored.
10. Detailed execution plan and schedule continuously monitored.
11. 1Milestone trend analysis for project tracking.
12. Project invoicing/sales plan continuously monitored.
13. Project cash plan continuously monitored.
14. Detailed risk and opportunity register, maintained throughout the project.
15. Initiation and maintenance of an issue log register throughout the project.
16. Initiation and maintenance of a hindrance register throughout the project.

• Ensure completion of all contractual obligations within the allocated time and budget to maintain profitability and ensure positive cash flow.
• Conduct periodic project reviews with all internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project functioning.
• Attend periodic reviews with management to provide status updates and communicate any project concerns.
