Position Overview

The Project Manager – Data will lead the Data workstream, including Reference Data (EDMCS), Data Hydration, Application-to-Application Integrations, Nuveen AUM, and Data Conversion initiatives that are critical to the success of the ERP upgrade program. This role is responsible for ensuring data readiness across all functional domains within the AmpliFi program.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the end-to-end project plan covering data migration, data cleansing, governance, validation, and readiness activities.

Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate status meetings, domain-specific discussions, steering committee reviews, and workshops related to the Data workstream.

Collaborate with functional workstream leads across R2R, S2P, O2C, and Enabling Functions to identify data requirements, dependencies, and integration points.

Lead Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, including data standards, ownership structures, and stewardship models.

Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities and reconciliation efforts with technical teams.

Monitor data quality metrics and drive remediation efforts throughout migration phases, including mock loads, dress rehearsals, and final cutover activities.

Identify, track, and manage data-related risks and issues, escalating critical concerns to program leadership when required.

Program-Level Responsibilities

Adhere to AmpliFi program governance standards, PMO guidelines, reporting frameworks, and communication cadences.

Participate in cross-functional and cross-workstream meetings to manage dependencies and ensure alignment.

Escalate risks, issues, and blockers through defined program governance channels.

Support cutover planning, go-live readiness activities, and post-go-live stabilization within the assigned domain.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

6 to 10 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years focused on data migration, MDM, or data governance within ERP implementation programs.

Strong understanding of ERP data structures (such as SAP or Oracle) and data migration methodologies.

Knowledge of data governance frameworks and key master data domains, including Customer, Vendor, Material, and GL.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred; CDMP is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience coordinating technical and functional teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Strong facilitation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
