What they need
Seeking a Project Manager(Data experience required) with **5–8+ years of experience** to lead database, data migration, and infrastructure projects in Oracle on-premise environments. This role requires technical fluency, not hands-on development.
Key Responsibilities
Own project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery.
Coordinate DBAs, architects, data modelers, ETL teams, and vendors.
Manage risks, dependencies, change control, and stakeholder reporting.
Oversee migration, cutover, validation, and rollback planning.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
Required Skills
Experience managing large-scale database and data migration projects.
Strong understanding of Oracle, schema changes, and Erwin/data modeling concepts.
Proven Agile delivery and cross-functional team management.
Familiarity with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Confluence.
**Preferred:** Regulated-industry experience and PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
