Project Manager (Data Platform & Analytics) ONSITE

• Must be willing to work Full onsite in Ortigas
• Responsible for driving engagement with the vendors for pre-project preparation & RFIs including the prioritization of Data Platform & Analytics Projects as part of the business planning / demand planning cycle
• Responsible for vendors directly involved in providing the services for the delivery scope.
• Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Data Platform & Analytics projects, delivering within scope, approved project schedule and budget commitments with strong adherence to client's eSDLC.
• Develop, maintain, track and report to project stakeholders, realistic project schedule, project budget.
• Provide visibility on the project status to all relevant project stakeholders on the agreed frequency and timing including timely escalation of issues.
• Monitor, manage project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies throughout the whole project Oversee and manage day to day activities of the project team provide help, support and direction on any outstanding project concern or questions
• Help assess change impact analysis, review changes required and handle change management process as necessary.
• Ensure the project complies with all bank policies, standards and procedures.
• Ensure project complies to all clients project management standards and methodologies.
• Develop the right estimates on capacity needs, on-board and off-boarding timing and any performance issues or unforeseen contention for resources.
• Must Have Skills
• Project Management: Ability to apply knowledge in Work Breakdown Structure, Risk Management, Issue Management, and Dependency Management to effectively organize, plan, and lead multiple initiatives at once. Experience in PMI/PRINCE2 PM framework and/or Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodology is a plus.
• Financial Management: Knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to ensure that service delivery stays within budget and aligns with financial goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Can effectively communicate and understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.
• Analytical Skills: Problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and flexibility to be able to handle complex situations as necessary
• Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an aptitude for working in cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Agile in adapting to change and learning new technologies.
• Communication Skills: Able to communicate well with the technical team, business stakeholders, and IT leaders

Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php170,000.00 per month
