Position: Project Manager

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role:

This role will require you to collaborate with multi-functional leaders in Technology and product teams to drive data technology decisions, innovations, and implementation. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring a successful delivery of technical projects. You will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Plan, initiate, and manage technical projects from inception to completion.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordination:
  • Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, design, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities.
• Timeline Management:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Develop contingency plans to address potential obstacles.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Resource Management:
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets and track expenditures to stay within financial constraints.
• Process Improvement:
  • Implement and promote best practices for project management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
  • Ensure all project artifacts are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in project/program management.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development and technical concepts.
• Project Management: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Organizational Skills: Effective multitasking and time management abilities.
