About the role
This is a Project Manager - Decoration role responsible for overseeing decoration engineering projects for the group, monitoring progress, quality, safety and costs.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate group decoration engineering projects and monitor progress, quality, safety and costs
- Inspect construction sites, coordinate subcontractors/craftsmen and material suppliers, and follow up on defect rectification and handover inspections
- Review engineering quotations and procurement costs
About you
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Architecture, Engineering Management, Interior Design or related field
- 3 years or above experience in decoration engineering or interior design project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD construction drawings (able to read drawings and perform basic operations)
- Cost control capabilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to independently resolve on-site issues
- Fluent Cantonese with good Chinese and English reading and writing abilities
- Proficient in common Office software
