PROJECT MANAGER (DESIGN & BUILD)

Responsible for overseeing High -end residential construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with approved plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Supervise subcontractors and site activities.
• Ensure construction quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Resolve site issues and construction-related concerns.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress and submit regular reports to management.
• Ensure proper project turnover and completion.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer is required.
• Proven experience managing residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience in Design & Build projects is an advantage.
