Project Manager - Digital Transformation

We are looking for a Project Manager for Digital Transformation to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders and senior management
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational digital transformation strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of digital transformation initiatives, from planning through implementation and closure
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report status to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as necessary
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure efficient utilisation of project resources and budget
• Drive adoption and change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions
• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future project delivery
• Liaise with technology partners, vendors, and external consultants to ensure quality delivery and alignment with project requirements

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital transformation or large-scale technology implementation projects, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology sector
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, budgets exceeding significant amounts, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
• Experience in change management and driving digital adoption across organisations
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms)
• Understanding of digital technologies, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software systems is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
