Position Summary

The Project Manager (E-Commerce) will play a pivotal role in driving the successful roll-out and implementation of the digital platforms. This senior-level position requires managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with in-house development teams, and overseeing third-party suppliers to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to deliver digital solutions.

• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Drive agile project management practices to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

• Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders at all levels.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on e-commerce and digital platforms.

• Proven experience working in retail environments.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ability to operate in fast-paced settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

• Experience working with third-party suppliers and vendors in a global context.
