Job Description As a Project Manager for our rapidly expanding e-commerce store, you will coordinate across teams to create and continually optimize the quality and functionality of the frontend and backend of the e-commerce platform. You will also work to enhance user experience as well as fulfill various needs as business grows. You will: - Communicate with stakeholders to understand internal and external needs, and effectively define the scope of each project, design, functionalities, and specifications - Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, technical writers, QA, and other teams to accelerate feature development and system upgrades - Host gate reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to remove roadblocks - Monitor project status and progress to ensure quality results and on-time delivery - Set up roadmaps, establish performance metrics, set milestones, as well as monthly and quarterly goals for the Synology Store

Requirements You are expected to have: - 3+ years of project management experience in the software/web development industry - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration - Strong attention to detail and works well even under pressure - Proactive mindset: Keen to take up challenges and explore effective solutions - Fluency in English (TOEIC > 850) and Mandarin Chinese We're targeting candidates with: - Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento or others - Knowledge of database systems such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MySQL, etc - Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems - Knowledge of user experience (UX) design - Proficiency in mockup and collaboration solutions, such as Figma, FigJam, or Miro - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Metabase
