Assigned Personnel will demonstrate the required technical skills and reliability to assist the State in completing the project consistent with the Directives of the ADS EPMO Portfolio Manager, and the objectives set forth in the Project Charter, approved business case or guiding principles and other associated project documents. The contractor will work with the project team to ensure that all deliverables meet the quality standards as defined by the State including that each project be successfully executed and completed on time, within scope, and within budget using State-approved principles as set forth herein.

Assigned Personnel must behave and perform in a professional manner. The State may, in its reasonable discretion, require the Contractor to replace any Assigned Personnel who engages in unprofessional or unethical conduct, or engages in illegal activities, underperformance, harassment, discrimination, or generally disruptive or disrespectful behavior, by written notice to the Contractor of the requirement of replacement. The Contractor must use reasonable efforts to promptly and expeditiously replace Assigned Personnel and replace all other personnel within 15 business days of receipt of the written notice unless otherwise mutually agreed. The State’s right to request replacement of Assigned Personnel hereunder relates solely to the removal of individuals from work on this SOW Agreement with the State and does not create an employment relationship with the State. Nothing in this SOW Agreement authorizes the State to direct the Contractor’s termination of the employment of any individual. The State may choose to work with the Contractor to resolve a given performance issue.

Skills and Training:

The Assigned Personnel successfully complete and maintain the following training:

HIPAA

PMP Certification

Create and maintain an updated Project Schedule using the project scheduling tool prescribed by the EPMO to reflect activities, dependencies, milestones, start and end dates, assigned resources, and percent of tasks completed to ensure project milestones and deliverables/outcomes are achieved. Ensure/Participate in weekly updates to the Implementation Master Schedule with Implementation vendor

Work with the EPMO IT Portfolio Manager and State governance committees to ensure impacts from changes to scope, schedule, budget, risk, or resources for any particular project are reviewed and understood before a change is undertaken, and that any such changes are formally accepted using a State approved Change Request Form. Track project changes in the (PPMT).

Track all project deliverables by use of a deliverable approval matrix.

Ensure successful completion of all Implementation vendor Deliverable Expectation Documents (DED)

Ensure successful completion of all Implementation vendor Deliverable Acceptance Form (DAF)

Conduct lessons learned activities and produce lessons learned report.

Produce Project closeout report
