Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in project management, particularly within the learning, training, eLearning, or content development sectors. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of learning and content development projects, ensuring effective coordination among various teams and stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of project lifecycle management, resource planning, risk management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Own the project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery and closure, ensuring alignment with client expectations and quality standards.
• Project Planning: Build comprehensive project plans, schedules, dependencies, scope, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft Project.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate internal teams (Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts, Media, QA) and client stakeholders, facilitating status meetings and managing follow-ups.
• Resource Management: Plan resources effectively, manage risks, resolve bottlenecks, and track budgets, utilization, and effort against project plans.
• Quality Assurance: Support review cycles, uphold quality standards, manage client communication, ensure final sign-off, and maintain reporting governance.

Core Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for project planning and management.
• Strong skills in scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in cross-functional team coordination to achieve project goals.
• Ability to conduct status reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with learning services and digital content delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably in learning, training, eLearning, or content development.

Engagement Details

• Open Positions: 3
• Rate/Budget: INR 1.5 Lakh/month
• Engagement Type: Contract for 5-6 months
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid, as per project requirements
• Location: Open, with a preference for candidates in Noida or Pune.
