Project Manager (Electrical & Panel System)

• Plan, manage, and execute projects from handover to final acceptance.
• Ensure project delivery is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications.
• Manage project documentation including technical clarification, change requests, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers during FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage project quality, cost, and delivery schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical / panel system industry.
• Experience in using project management tools is required.
• Strong time management and project financial management skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
