Project Manager - Electrical

• Develop comprehensive project execution plans in alignment with contractual obligations
• Define project scope, objectives, resources, and timelines
• Lead project kick-off meetings and coordinate stakeholder alignment
• Manage day-to-day project activities ensuring timely progress
• Prepare and manage project budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Evaluate and approve project expenditures and change requests
• Develop baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Monitor project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables
• Conduct periodic progress reviews and update stakeholders
• Ensure strict compliance with QHSE standards, regulations, and client requirements
• Collaborate with QA/QC and HSE teams for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Serve as the main interface between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients
• Address client concerns, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Address delays, deviations, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all claims and variations are documented and justified
• Allocate and manage resources (manpower, materials, equipment) efficiently
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate project teams for optimal performance
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction departments

Desired Candidate Profile

• PMP / PRINCE2 Certification preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 is an advantage
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Thorough understanding of Oil & Gas EPC project lifecycle
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and resolve conflicts
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.)
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
