Project Manager- Electrical

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Electrical) to manage and lead the delivery of electrical capital works projects across Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from initial charter review and design through to on-site execution, monitoring, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Management: Project manage the delivery of electrical capital works across the State to ensure all client and organizational requirements are met.
• Design & Review: Review Project Charters, prepare comprehensive design briefs, and arrange designs to ensure constructability and full compliance with corporate standards.
• On-Site Supervision & Quality Control: Manage assigned projects directly on site, ensuring work is delivered to approved scope, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Financial Oversight & Reporting: Track, report on, and control project progress, current expenditure, and forecast budgets within agreed allocations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively collaborate with internal teams, contractor personnel, and key external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all project practices adhere strictly to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies—with a primary focus on electrical safety—and maintain alignment with EEO, diversity, and equity standards.
