Job Info:

• Project Site Manager (Electrical/ Construction)
• Basic up to $ 8,000 + AWS + VB
• Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Alternate Saturday 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
• Office located at Pioneer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage M&E projects from project initiation through to completion and handover.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Review technical drawings, designs, specifications, and M&E installation requirements.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, system integration, and final project handover.
• Resolve technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project costs, approve expenditures, and manage progress claims and variations.
• Prepare regular project status, cost, and progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety requirements, industry standards, and statutory regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing project concerns.
• Ensure project deliverables are aligned with client expectations, contractual requirements, and agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E project management, preferably in large-scale construction projects. Handle Multimillion job with proven track records.

• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction practices, industry standards, and relevant regulations.

• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage.

• Candidates with strong experience in managing subcontractors, consultants, and multiple project stakeholders will be highly advantageous.
