Project Manager (Electrical / ELV System/ Structured Cabling)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced M&E Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale mechanical and electrical projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and oversee all phases of M&E project execution from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage and mentor project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure team effectiveness.
• Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
• Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E project management.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, standards, and regulations.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
