Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project team, assign tasks, and follow up on work progress.
• Plan project activities, monitor deadlines
• Handle technical issues and help develop practical design solutions when needed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team at the Oyu Tolgoi (OT) site.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical installation works to ensure they meet technical requirements and safety standards.
• Work closely with the client and internal teams to keep project activities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance and site verification, with hands-on experience in Inspection within fabrication, construction, or mining environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Understanding of steel fabrication processes, industrial electrical systems, and construction or mining industry standards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities, with attention to details
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic engineering design or drafting software; familiarity with relevant codes and regulations is an advantage.
