Project Manager Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

Lythaus Lighting Supply is seeking an experienced Project Manager – North to oversee electrical and lighting projects, supervise site personnel, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion in accordance with approved plans, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations and electrical installation works.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and address project delays or technical issues.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, specifications, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in site supervision or project management.
• Knowledgeable in electrical installation, lighting systems, and construction operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Porac, Pampanga, and be assigned to any project location as required.
