Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills in a manufacturing environment.

About the Role

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control to achieve project objectives in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project activities across multiple departments
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide timely reports and recommendations to top management
• Drive project reviews, approvals, and lessons-learned activities to improve future project performance
• Support business process improvement initiatives through IT and digital transformation projects

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple departments
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and project management tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, R&D, HVAC, home appliances, and product development is preferred
• Good command of English and Japanese is an advantage
