Project Manager - Electronic Security

A vacancy has arisen for a Project Manager to handle Electronic Security Systems installation projects.

The successful person will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising activities.

You will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise project teams teams and ensure productivity, quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Plan, coordinate and manage projects from installation through to commissioning and handover.
• Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met and maintained on site.
• Attend site meetings and maintain professional communication with clients, contractors and management.
• Ensure accurate project administration, including job cards, as-built drawings, daily reports and Health & Safety documentation.
• Ensure company vehicles, tools and equipment are properly maintained and defects reported.
• Lead by example, uphold company values and support the development of team members.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' Project Management experience within the Electronic Security industry.
• Proven experience managing installation teams on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection and Structured Cabling systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and installation plans.
• Good understanding of commissioning processes.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and email).
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Pay: R25 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
