Project Manager - Security Integration
Location: Maryland, Washington, DC, or Northern Virginia (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial, federal, and enterprise security integration projects involving access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and low-voltage systems. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from award through closeout while helping improve operational processes within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple security integration projects from kickoff to completion
• Oversee schedules, budgets, forecasting, and project profitability
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and customer communications
• Manage procurement, material deliveries, and logistics
• Review and negotiate change orders
• Support estimating, proposal development, and scope reviews
• Drive process improvements, SOP development, and operational efficiencies
• Mentor project staff and promote a customer-focused team culture

Qualifications

Required

• PMP Certification
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of project management experience
• 5+ years managing security integration or low-voltage projects
• Experience managing projects from $150K to multi-million-dollar contracts
• Strong financial, contract, and customer management skills
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region

Preferred

• Commercial, Federal, or regulated-industry project experience
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Deltek, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Genetec, LenelS2, Software House, Brivo, Eagle Eye, Avigilon, Milestone, Axis, or Hanwha solutions
