Project Manager - Electronic Warfare

The Recruiting Company: Our client is a European start-up specializing in electronic warfare and precision localization in the defense sector.

Key Points of the Position: Reporting directly to the executive team, you will lead UWB-based IoT projects within a high-tech defense environment. You will manage multidisciplinary teams (10+ people), coordinate development activities, and ensure successful project delivery from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing full project lifecycles (planning, execution, delivery)
• Leading and coordinating embedded/IoT/RF engineering teams
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Driving timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Conducting risk assessments and mitigation planning
• Regular reporting on progress and KPIs

Necessary Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in IoT, UWB, embedded systems, or defense tech
• Proven ability to manage technical teams of 10+ people
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-driven and able to manage remote projects efficiently
• German language: fluent proficiency required
• Citizenship: German or European Union (required for defense clearance)
