Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the deployment of energy solutions projects. This position will manage project schedules, budgets, quality standards, documentation, and client requirements from initiation through completion.

The Project Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, construction teams, site-acquisition professionals, vendors, contractors, and internal operations personnel. The ideal candidate is organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned energy projects to ensure that all requirements, deliverables, schedules, and client expectations are met.
• Serve as the primary project contact for clients, internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide regular project updates to clients, stakeholders, and company leadership.
• Maintain accountability for project quality, cost, schedule, and overall performance at the assigned market level.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to keep communication and project activities aligned.
• Maintain accurate project data, documentation, status reports, and records.
• Lead and participate in project meetings and calls with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify potential project issues early and coordinate practical resolutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Review and interpret zoning documents, construction drawings, bills of materials, and related project documentation.
• Coordinate the purchasing and delivery of required project materials.
• Work closely with client project-management teams to meet cycle-time and project-duration targets.
• Ensure that required processes are followed and all documents are uploaded to the appropriate repositories.
• Monitor project risks, milestones, budgets, and deliverables through completion.

Required Qualifications

• Three to five years of project-management or field experience involving site development, construction, or energy-related projects.
• Strong project-management, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, construction teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, zoning documents, and project scopes.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate project records and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to influence teams and processes to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing energy infrastructure, EV charging, distributed energy, or similar construction projects.
• Familiarity with site acquisition, permitting, procurement, and construction processes.
• Experience working with client document repositories and project-management platforms.
• Knowledge of bills of materials and material-purchasing processes.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
