Project Manager Engineer – Elevator & Escalator Projects

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of elevator and escalator installation projects. This role is responsible for managing project execution, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and leading project teams from planning through handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple elevator and escalator projects simultaneously.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, and profitability.
• Review contractual requirements and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and project reviews.
• Lead and develop Project Engineers and site teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure smooth project turnover and customer acceptance upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in construction, engineering, MEPF, elevator & escalator, or related industries.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
