Project Manager ## Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage engineering projects from initiation to closure. This critical role involves ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, time, and budget, while effectively leading project teams and engaging stakeholders. If you have a proven track record in project management, particularly within Mechanical or similar industrial sectors, and are passionate about driving projects to successful completion, we encourage you to apply. ## What We're Looking For We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in engineering projects, capable of navigating complex challenges and delivering high-quality outcomes. ## Key Responsibilities * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. * Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. * Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant stakeholders clearly and regularly. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. ## Required Skills & Qualifications * Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within an engineering or industrial setting. * Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles and Bill of Materials (BOM). * Proficiency in Project Planning and Scope Management. * Demonstrated expertise in Risk Management and mitigation strategies. * Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills. * Proven ability in Budget Management and resource optimization. * Familiarity with Agile Methodologies. * Exceptional Team Leadership and motivational abilities. * Strong verbal and written Communication Skills. ## Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have Skills) * PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification. * Knowledge of GSE (Ground Support Equipment) Industry. * Understanding of PPC (Production Planning and Control) principles. * Familiarity with Theory of Constraints (TOC) knowledge. ## Company Culture Join a dynamic and collaborative team where innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do.
