Job Summary:-

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the operations, onboarding, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of enterprise payment and digital platform systems in a cloud-based environment. The role involves managing application support, vendor delivery, stakeholder coordination, release management, and service improvements to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of enterprise applications and digital platforms.
• Coordinate warranty support activities, including defect tracking, issue resolution, and service requests with vendors.
• Lead onboarding of new digital services, including planning, requirements coordination, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to manage enhancement requests, requirements clarification, UAT, and change management activities.
• Coordinate application releases, production deployments, maintenance activities, and system changes in accordance with governance processes.
• Monitor operational, cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance risks, and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Track project budgets, expenditure, purchase orders, invoices, and contract-related activities.
• Manage vendor performance and service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Provide regular project, operational, risk, and enhancement status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, service delivery, and user experience.

Skills & Requirements:_

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing enterprise applications, payment systems, financial platforms, or customer-facing digital services.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, change, release, and service management processes.
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS-based cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, deployment coordination, and secure software delivery practices.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, enterprise application ecosystems, and operational risk management.
• Experience managing outsourced vendors, maintenance contracts, or managed service providers.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and operational issues independently.
• Experience in government, public sector, regulated, financial, or payment environments is advantageous.
