What You'll Do

• Own projects end to end — plan, execute, and monitor from kickoff through launch, keeping everything aligned with business goals
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables together with clients and internal stakeholders
• Build detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress and adapt as things evolve
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, keeping communication clear and momentum high
• Spot risks early and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
• Manage stakeholder expectations with regular, transparent updates on status and outcomes
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and policies
• Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) to streamline workflows and reporting

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects in B2C industries
• A track record of successfully shipping software products, managing the full lifecycle from planning to deployment
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging stakeholders at every level
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (PMP or Agile certification is a plus)
• Knowledge of CRM and/or loyalty platforms is a plus
