PROJECT MANAGER (ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT CONSTRUCTION) SUBANG

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of a project, from operational strategy, budget, schedule, to coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, to ensure the achievement of production targets, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and operational sustainability.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering

• Possess an SKA (Certificate of Expertise) – Intermediate Level (Ahli Madya) in Building Construction

• Experience as a Structural Engineer for WTP/WWTP projects is preferred 5 – 10 years

• Experience as a Civil Engineering consultant is an added advantage

• English Proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Prepare work plans and budgets based on identifying risks and taking preventive measures.
• Operations Execution: Ensure project implementation is in accordance with company plans, schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Budget and Cost Management: Monitor operational cost efficiency, manage project budgets, and report financial performance.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-departmental teams such as construction, maintenance, HSE, and others to achieve project objectives.
• Performance Management: Monitor project performance, analyze data, and identify areas for continuous improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Risk and Safety Management: Identify, assess, and manage technical and safety risks, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress, operational performance, and financial reports to management.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Communicate and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project runs smoothly.
