Project Manager ERP / Finance - Energy - Freelance

Our client, a well-established organisation based in Luxembourg, is undertaking a major Finance and ERP transformation initiative, migrating from SAP to Oracle NetSuite. As part of this project, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of the new ERP solution, coordinating the initiative through all phases — from planning and design to testing, deployment, and go-live.

Missions

• Lead the implementation of Finance and ERP transformation projects from initiation to go-live, including the migration from the legacy SAP environment to Oracle NetSuite

• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and system integrators

• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies

• Ensure successful integration between the new NetSuite ERP and connected applications

• Coordinate testing, data migration from SAP, cutover, and deployment activities

• Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular project status reporting

• Drive issue resolution and ensure delivery meets agreed business requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
2. Minimum 5 years of project management experience
3. Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
5. Experience working with both business and technical teams
6. Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
7. Fluent in English
