PROJECT MANAGER – ERP / GOVERNMENT PROJECTS

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with at least 10 years of project management experience, with a strong background in ERP implementations and government projects. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing complex projects from planning through delivery and is PMP Certified.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end ERP and government projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, quality, and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects comply with established processes, standards, and government requirements.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure successful project implementation and turnover.

About you

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience handling ERP projects and/or government projects.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience in project planning, implementation, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex project requirements.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC.
• ERP implementation / transformation projects.
• Government or public-sector projects.
• Large-scale IT projects.
