Project Manager - ERP Implementation

The ERP Transformation & PMO Manager will oversee programme governance, project controls, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and delivery reporting for the ERP implementation programme. The role ensures the programme meets its objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards while supporting executive decision-making and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain programme governance, PMO frameworks, reporting standards, and approval processes.
• Monitor programme scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, resources, and deliverables across workstreams.
• Prepare executive dashboards, Steering Committee presentations, and programme status reports.
• Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and escalations.
• Oversee ERP implementation partners and vendors, including performance, contractual commitments, and commercial matters.
• Monitor programme expenditure, cost forecasts, resource utilization, and financial controls.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
• Support change management, business readiness, user adoption, and benefits realization.
• Ensure deliverable quality, governance compliance, audit readiness, and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Work Arrangement: Based in Singapore, with a hybrid working arrangement.

  Eligibility: Open to local citizens or candidates currently based in Singapore, due to Employment Pass (EP) restrictions.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP implementation, enterprise transformation, programme management, or PMO leadership.

• Proven experience managing complex ERP programmes involving multiple business functions and external implementation partners.

• Strong expertise in programme governance, project controls, risk management, vendor management, budgeting, and executive reporting.

• Experience supporting Steering Committees, change control, and business transformation initiatives.

• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Prosci, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
