Project Manager – ERP System (Night Shift)

We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate the development of our ERP system. The role involves planning tasks, tracking progress, and keeping developers, designers, and stakeholders aligned on requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Break down project requirements into clear tasks, priorities, and milestones.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA to track delivery.
• Manage timelines, follow up on pending tasks, and resolve blockers.
• Keep project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports updated.
• Communicate requirements, feedback, and scope changes between clients and the team.
• Coordinate testing, issue resolution, and release readiness.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in software project management or coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, and team-handling skills.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with project planning and task-tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to manage priorities and follow through on deadlines.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or SaaS projects is preferred.
• Availability to work the night shift.
