Project Manager (Fabrication)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the overall project management function and multiple projects across the organization. The position will work closely with the COO and other functional leaders to ensure projects are delivered according to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements, while strengthening and standardizing the company's project management processes.

The role will oversee projects involving engineering, fabrication, EPC, steel structures, pressure vessels, storage tanks, piping, and industrial installation, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the overall status of multiple engineering, fabrication, EPC, and industrial projects, including scope, schedule, cost, risks, and project performance.
• Work closely with senior management and functional leaders to set project priorities and align project execution with business objectives.
• Lead regular project review meetings, identify key issues, and drive effective solutions to ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner.
• Develop, establish, and continuously improve Project Management Office (PMO) policies, procedures, and processes across the organization.
• Monitor project performance and ensure projects remain aligned with agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Oversee coordination across engineering, fabrication, procurement, construction/site installation, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze project financial information, manage project budgets, and provide management with relevant financial and project performance reports.
• Lead, develop, and improve the performance of the Project Management and Document Control teams.
• Support management in improving overall project governance, efficiency, and standardization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, preferably within engineering, fabrication, EPC, steel structure, pressure vessel, or industrial construction environments.
• Experience managing multiple engineering, fabrication, EPC, or industrial projects simultaneously.
• Experience in projects involving Steel Structures, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Piping, Mechanical Installation, or other industrial fabrication is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding and experience in EPC / Engineering, Procurement & Construction project environments is highly preferred.
• Experience in establishing, implementing, or improving PMO / Project Management processes and systems.
• Strong understanding of project planning, schedule control, cost control, budget management, and project performance monitoring.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers, clients, and other project stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to analyze project financial data and provide clear recommendations to senior management.
• Good command of English, particularly for working with international clients, standards, and project documentation.
