Project Manager (F&B) Construction

Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle for F&B outlet development projects, refurbishment projects, and maintenance issues.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion, cost control, quality delivery and SOP compliance
• Ensure projects deliver value and meet business objectives
• Handle ad hoc project assignments and urgent operational requirements effectively
• Support and coordinate tender processes, including preparation of documentation, vendor sourcing with coordination, evaluation, and award follow-up
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, design, business development, marketing etc) and external parties (consultants, contractors, suppliers, engineer, landlords etc)
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Provide strong troubleshooting and problem-solving support for project and site issues
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Prepare regular project reports, updates, and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management within the F&B, retail, or similar industry
• Experience in supporting and coordinating tender processes
• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced development environment
• Proven capability in managing projects with budget control, timely completion, and quality delivery
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
