Project Manager — FDE / Client Solutions Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team and own the success of AI solutions delivered to our clients. This is not a traditional project coordination role. You will be the bridge between client business problems and our FDE/AI engineering teams. You will work directly with our digital marketing agency clients, deeply understand their workflows and use cases, translate those problems into AI-native solutions, and lead the FDE team to deliver solutions that actually work in production. Your Mission Understand the client's problem → define the right AI solution → lead the FDE team → deploy → measure success. You will own the end-to-end success of client use cases.

Key Responsibilities Client & Use-Case Ownership
● Act as the primary product/solution interface for assigned clients.
● Work closely with digital marketing agencies to understand their business, workflows, operational challenges, and AI opportunities.
● Conduct deep use-case discovery with clients.
● Understand how agencies operate across campaigns, content, performance marketing, lead generation, reporting, operations, sales, and client servicing.
● Identify processes that can be augmented or automated using AI agents.
● Convert client requirements into clearly defined AI solution requirements.
● Challenge requirements where necessary and identify better AI-native approaches.

FDE Team Leadership
● Lead and manage the FDE team responsible for client implementations.
● Break client problems into executable technical and product workstreams.
● Assign priorities and coordinate FDE resources.
● Work closely with AI engineers, builders, Product Managers, and core technology teams. ● Review solution progress and remove execution blockers.
● Ensure FDE teams deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
● Maintain a strong feedback loop between clients and the Enque core product team. Solution Delivery
● Own POCs, pilots, deployments, and production implementations.
● Ensure solutions are designed around actual client workflows rather than generic features.
● Drive rapid iteration based on client feedback.
● Coordinate integrations with client systems and workflows.
● Define acceptance criteria and ensure successful deployment.
● Track adoption and measurable client outcomes.

Client Success You will be directly accountable for:
● Use-case success. ● Client adoption. ● Solution effectiveness. ● Deployment success. ● Client satisfaction. ● Business impact generated through AI automation. The goal is not simply to deliver a project. The goal is to make the client's AI use case successful in the real world.

Ideal Candidate
● Experience managing technical/product implementation teams.
● Strong client-facing experience.
● Experience working with engineering or FDE teams.
● Strong understanding of AI/GenAI/LLM applications.
● Ability to understand technical architecture without necessarily being the primary developer.
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
● Strong ownership and execution mindset.
● Comfortable working in highly ambiguous environments.

● AI automation Not a Traditional PM Role This role is not about maintaining Gantt charts and simply tracking tickets. You will be expected to understand the client's actual business, work alongside technical teams, make solution decisions, drive rapid execution, and own the final outcome.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
