PROJECT MANAGER (Fire Protection Systems)

• Plan, manage, and monitor multiple Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and Emergency Lighting projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and budgets.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, local authority requirements, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Prepare project progress reports, work schedules, and documentation.
• Submit comprehensive weekly project status reports to the General Manager, highlighting progress, issues, risks, and action plans.
• Support project testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
• Assist in managing AMC contracts and follow-up activities where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Good knowledge of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and Emergency Lighting systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, formulas, data analysis, and project tracking).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
• Ability to prepare professional reports and maintain project documentation.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
