Working across sectors including logistics, warehousing, healthcare, industrial and commercial environments, you'll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while building strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with regular travel to project sites across the UK.

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Matched pension contributions up to 7%.
  • Life assurance.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Cycle to Work scheme.

  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities.
  • Career progression within a global organisation.
  • Opportunity to work on high-value, technically complex fire suppression projects across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fire suppression projects from design and planning through installation, commissioning and handover.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Lead Work In Progress (WIP) reviews, manage change orders and support margin improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, internal teams, contractors and project partners.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans to ensure successful delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • 3+ years' experience in Project Management within the Fire Suppression industry.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
