📍 Location: Remote – Mexico

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM MST

🌟 About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage technical implementation projects within a contact center, cloud communications, and telephony environment.

This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level Project Manager with experience managing software, SaaS, IT, communications, or other technical implementations. The PM will manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead kickoff meetings, coordinate internal and customer-side stakeholders, provide project updates and reports, and oversee implementations through go-live.

Experience with Five9, CCaaS, UCaaS, or telephony is highly preferred. However, candidates with strong technical implementation project management experience in other technology environments are also encouraged to apply.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 3–5 technical implementation projects simultaneously.
• Lead project kickoff meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Establish and track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and changes throughout the implementation.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and follow-ups.
• Maintain project plans, SOWs, timelines, documentation, and action items.
• Coordinate implementation activities from kickoff through go-live and project completion.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or risks.
• Ensure customer expectations, project requirements, and deliverables remain aligned.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Work independently within a moderate level of project complexity.
• Learn and apply technical terminology related to Five9, CCaaS, UCaaS, telephony, and cloud communications.

✅ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of Project Management experience.

• Experience managing technical, software, SaaS, IT, communications, or technology implementations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Strong understanding of core project management concepts, including:

• SOWs and project scope

• Milestones and dependencies

• Risk and issue management

• Project timelines and deliverables

• Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

• Implementation and go-live activities

• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading meetings and communicating directly with customers.

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Comfortable working in a technical environment and learning new technologies.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines independently.

⭐ Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred:

• Five9
• CCaaS – Contact Center as a Service
• UCaaS – Unified Communications as a Service
• Telephony / Contact Center technologies
• Cloud communications or VoIP solutions
• Technical software or SaaS implementations
• Agile/Scrum methodologies or certifications
• SOP creation and process documentation
• Zoho Projects or another project management platform

Five9, CCaaS, UCaaS, or telephony experience is a strong plus, but it is not mandatory. Strong technical implementation experience is essential.

💻 Project Environment

• 3–5 projects managed concurrently.
• Typical implementations involve approximately 10–100 users/seats.
• Average project lifecycle: 4–8 weeks.
• Direct interaction with both customer-side and internal stakeholders.
• Moderate-complexity technical implementations.
• High level of ownership from kickoff through go-live.

📋 Employment Details

• Remote position based in Mexico.
• Open to 1099 or W-2 arrangements.
• The position may initially begin at approximately 20 hours per week during a 3-month evaluation period, with the intention of transitioning to full-time.
• Exceptional candidates may be considered for full-time from the start.
