Project Manager for Architectural Woodwork

Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager for a millwork fabrication shop. The ideal candidate will possess experience in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will work with a team of professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of millwork fabrication projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Prepare project estimates and revisions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to team members.
• Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity.

Experience/Skills

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar role with a strong understanding of cabinet fabrication and construction processes.
• Proficiency in estimating and office software.
• Familiarity with drawing software like Vectorworks, AutoCAD, FastCAD.
• Strong skills in project coordination, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in reading blueprints and schematics is essential.
• High degree of proficiency with communication skills.
• Reliable, ethical, and trustworthy.

Salary negotiable and based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
