Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in managing complex software development, enterprise application, or system modernization projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving custom application development, system integrations, data conversion or migration, testing, and production deployment.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, negotiation, risk-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with project planning, collaboration, reporting, and issue-tracking tools.
• Active PMP, PRINCE2, or another recognized equivalent project management certification.

Preferred Certifications

• Experience managing Salesforce implementation, enhancement, or modernization projects.
• Experience with regulatory, licensing, permitting, case-management, or constituent-service programs.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, or related Salesforce products.
• Experience implementing another enterprise CRM platform.
• Experience supporting government or public-sector technology initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and transition to support.
• Promote accountability, effective communication, and timely resolution of project issues and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of business analysts, architects, developers, quality assurance professionals, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests.
• Facilitate project meetings, executive status reviews, planning sessions, risk discussions, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project performance and provide accurate, timely status reports to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet approved business requirements, technical standards, contractual obligations, and quality expectations.
• Support testing, implementation readiness, training coordination, deployment planning, and post-production stabilization.
• Establish strong working relationships with business, technical, executive, and government stakeholders.
