Job Title: Project Manager - General Construction

Job Summary We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate general construction projects from planning through completion.

The successful candidate will assist with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, materials procurement, quality control, and communication with clients and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, site activities, subcontractors, vendors, and materials.
• Track project budgets, timelines, progress, and deliverables.
• Review drawings, specifications, estimates, and project documentation.
• Communicate with clients, field personnel, and management to resolve project issues.
• Monitor work quality and compliance with safety requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, maintain project records, and assist with project closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management, project coordination, or a related role.
• Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software preferred.
